The CRS Annual Meeting room block, at the Hilton New York, is sold out. The Hilton New York is accepting reservations, at their prevailing rates less 10% discount, for the hotel's remaining inventory over CRS dates. Hilton's sister hotels; DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn both have availability. Accommodations

Discounted hotel accommodations, for the Controlled Release Society’s 35th Annual Meeting & Exposition, are available at the Hilton New York. The Hilton New York is the headquarters for all sessions, workshops, the exhibition, posters, and social events. The Hilton New York is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, museums, and is just 11 blocks to 42nd Street and Broadway (Times Square).

Hotel reservations are to be made directly with the Hilton New York and can be made via telephone or online. Hotel prices, booking instructions, and cancellation policies are noted below. The Hilton New York is offering the CRS group rate three days pre- and post-CRS Annual Meeting dates. If you are making online reservations for pre- or post-dates, and the CRS rate does not come up, please discontinue the online reservation and call the hotel direct to make your reservation. The hotel may be sold out of the CRS block of rooms, but the reservationist can often "force" a reservation.

Don’t be a “no-show.” If you cannot arrive on the date your reservation is confirmed, due to flight delays, schedule changes, etc., please call the hotel and revise or cancel your reservation. Otherwise, you will be charged for the reservation and your room will be released for re-sale.

Cut-off Date

All room reservations are subject to space and rate availability after the cut-off date of June 9, 2008, or after the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. To ensure a room type of your choice, please make your reservations early.

The following taxes apply to the aforementioned room rates: 13.375% plus a combined hotel occupancy/Javits Convention Center tax of $3.50. The $3.50 tax is not taxable.
