Registration for the CRS New York City Annual Meeting & Exposition will be available onsite at the Hilton New York July 12-26, 2008. We look forward to seeing you there.

What's Included

• *Member/Nonmember/Student or Post-Doc Member or Nonmember/Meeting + Membership Exhibitor fees include the Opening Reception and access to all Scientific Sessions, Soapbox Sessions, Releasing Technology Workshops, Young Scientist Events, Pearls of Wisdom Sessions, Exposition, and a complimentary copy of the TransactionsCD.
  
  Student or Post-Doc Nonmembers and Exhibitors must register by fax or mail.
  Tickets must be purchased separately for the Closing Reception/Banquet.
  
  
• Sunday Half-Day fee includes the Soapbox Sessions, Releasing Technology Workshops, Industrial Session I, State of the Industry Session, Pearls of Wisdom Sessions, the Opening Reception, and a complimentary copy of the Transactions CD.

• Single Day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) fee includes access to the Scientific Sessions and Exposition and a complimentary copy of the Transactions CD.

• Educational Workshop fee includes notebook, box lunch on Saturday, and morning and afternoon break(s).
  
  

**Student or Post-Doc nonmembers must have a faculty member sign to qualify for the Student or Post-Doc nonmember rate.

International Attendees

If you are from a country other than the United States, you will need a valid passport and/or visa to attend the CRS Annual Meeting & Exposition. We recommend that you make your application early to accommodate processing time. To assist international CRS attendees, CRS has prepared a letter of invitation for you.

This information should be received no later than Monday, June 23, 2008, and is optional. Your information will not be shared with anyone, except in case of an emergency, and then only with emergency personnel.
