Individual Exhibitor Registration

Each person from an exhibiting company must be individually registered in order to receive a name badge, which is required for entry into the Exposition and Program. Although registration is available onsite, it is recommended that you register in advance to expedite picking up your name badge and registration materials at the CRS Registration Desk located at the Bella Center. As part of your stand package you receive the following complimentary registrations:

Registration Deadlines:
May 4, 2009 – Registration deadline for individual exhibitors (paid or complimentary) who are presenters of accepted podium or poster abstracts.
*May 4, 2009 – Registration deadline to receive the advance discounted registration rate of $725 for full paid individual exhibitor registrations. After May 4, 2009, registration fees increase to $925.
June 8, 2009 – Pre-registration deadline for exhibitors. After June 8, please register onsite at the Bella Center.
