1. Prior to ordering, please review your CRS Exposition Stand policies and regulations page of your application for what is permitted on the show floor.

2. Review the Bella Center’s 2009 Products and Services catalogue. Make a list of the items you wish to order.
   
   
• Please note that the Bella Center catalogue contains everything available for sale for all shows. Not all items are permitted on the 2009 CRS show floor.
• As an alternative, Bella Center is offering a Quick Order Stand Furnishings Package consisting of: One electrical outlet; one table; two chairs; and one brochure rack. CRS Discounted price: 1763 DKK (approximately $324.00 USD).

DEADLINES

Place your order with the Bella Center by June 8, 2009, for advance order rates.
Orders placed after June 8, 2009, incur a 10% surcharge.
Onsite orders incur a 50% surcharge.
