Q.  What color carpet is included in my stand package? May I order a different color?

A.  Gray. Please contact Bella Center representative if you wish to order a color other than gray. The cost differential is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Q.  May I order a custom Company I.D. sign / fascia board for my stand?

A.  Yes. Please place your sign order with the Bella Center representative. Exhibitors must pay for custom fascia board orders.

Q.  May I order catering services to my stand?

Q.  Will lunch and coffee be available in the Exposition Hall?

A.  Yes. Lunch will be available for sale each day the expositon is open. Coffee breaks are also scheduled in the exposition hall.

Q.  What data will the Lead Retreival scanner collect?

A.  Name, Professional Affiliation, Address, Job Title, Telephone Number, Fax Number, and e-mail address. Order your scanner.

Q.  What are the Danish bank holidays where Bella Center representatives will not be available?

A.  May 21, 2009; June 1, 2009; and June 5, 2009.
