Reservations booked through Convention Expo Travel may not be honored by the official CRS Annual Meeting hotels and CRS will not guarantee these reservations. Convention Expo Travel is using high pressure sales tactics to book CRS exhibitors/attendees into hotels at rates higher than the CRS-contracted rates. Housing is open for the 36^th Annual Meeting and Exposition of the Controlled Release Society.

Please book your hotel room from one of the following CRS-contracted hotels. Be sure to review each hotel’s room rates, reservation, payment, and cancellation policies prior to confirming your room reservation as each hotel has different rates and booking requirements.

All CRS-contracted hotels are within an easy walk to restaurants, attractions, the Metro, bus, and/or train station.No transportation will be organized to take delegates to/from the Bella Center convention center. Please note that all workshops, sessions, opening reception, exposition and posters will be held at the Bella Center unless otherwise stated in the program.

Reservation Deadline

The deadline for making your reservations, at the CRS discounted rate, is Wednesday, June 17, 2009. After this date, CRS hotels will continue to accept reservations at the CRS discounted rate only if rooms are available. We encourage delegates to book hotel rooms early to ensure the availability of preferred hotel(s).

Most CRS-designated hotels are offering the CRS discount three days pre- and post-annual meeting dates. All Copenhagen hotels charge in Danish Kroner. Each hotel’s confirmed rates are listed in Danish Kroner as well as the approximate rate in U.S. Dollars (exchange rate as of 02/25/09), including the 25% VAT.  Please use this link www.xe.com to obtain real-time exchange rates.
