If you have been contacted by Convention Expo Travel, DO NOT book your travel arrangements or hotel reservations with this company.

They are not an authorized booking agent for the CRS, the 2009 Annual Meeting & Exposition in Copenhagen, or any current or future CRS meetings.

Reservations booked through Convention Expo Travel may not be honored by the official CRS Annual Meeting hotels and CRS will not guarantee these reservations. Convention Expo Travel is using high pressure sales tactics to book CRS exhibitors/attendees into hotels at rates higher than the CRS-contracted rates. Please be advised that once you sign any Convention Expo Travel agreements (i.e., credit card authorization forms), CRS cannot guarantee that you will get your money back.

If you have booked your hotel reservation through Convention Expo Travel, and can cancel your reservation without incurring financial penalties, we urge you to cancel your booking and re-book your hotel reservation through one of the CRS-contracted hotels as directed on the CRS website http://www.controlledreleasesociety.org/meeting/hotels/default.cfm By making this request, CRS does not accept liability for reservation refunds.
