POSTER BOARD INFORMATION

Poster presenters are responsible for bringing their own supplies (self-adhesive hook and loop Velcro) for attaching the poster to the fabric poster board panels. Pins and tacks are not allowed. CRS does not provide supplies.

Poster boards are 45 inches / 114.3 cm high (height) by 90.5 inches / 229.87cm wide (length) and are set up in a horizontal / landscape format).

Poster titles are NOT provided.

Poster boards will be arranged numerically and will be organized by area of topic. Poster locations correspond to the number assigned to each poster. Please consult with CRS staff at the Attendee Services Desk if you have questions regarding the location of your poster board.
