• Abstract submissions are accepted from November 3, 2008, to January 29, 2009 (midnight U.S. Central Standard Time). Abstracts must be submitted via the internet only. No other form of submission will be accepted.
• All authors are encouraged to carefully review the Instructions for Preparing Your Abstract before submitting.
