IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ABSTRACT

Danish Visa Information

• It is the responsibility of the designated presenting author to determine their visa requirements to enter Denmark. CRS strongly encourages the presenting author and all future attendees to review the visa requirements and to begin the visa application (as applicable) now. Registration fees will NOT be refunded due to inability to obtain a visa.

Notification

• Acknowledgment of submission will be e-mailed to the author designated as the primary contact.
• The designated presenting author will be notified of the abstract status the week of April 12, 2009. All future communications will be sent to the designated presenting author. The CRS Program Committee recommends that the designated presenting author and the corresponding author be one and the same.

Registration

• The designated presenting author must register for the annual meeting and pay the fee by May 4, 2009. If the designated presenting author is not registered, the abstract will be withdrawn and will not be included in the program guide or Transactions CD.

Abstract Submission Period

• The abstract submission form opens November 3, 2008, and closes January 29, 2009 (midnight Central Standard Time)

• CRS Interactive Customers: If you are a previous customer of CRS Interactive (registered online or submitted an abstracted for a previous meeting), you must LOGIN using your username/password. Forgot your password, want to reset? Go to RESET YOUR PASSWORD
• New Users: Customers new to the CRS meeting website who do not have a username/password must first SIGNUP and then LOGIN.
