Submit Abstracts

Share your latest scientific results and findings with the CRS by submitting a non-commercial abstract.

With over 30 session topics to choose from, you’ll find the one that’s right for you. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and considered for podium and poster placement.

Apply to Host a Releasing Technology Workshop (RTW)


2008 RTW host companies have stated they will apply again to host RTWs in 2009, so get your applications in soon! Space is limited.

The Online Process

  • ♦ RTW submissions opened November 3, 2008

If your RTW application is accepted, you determine how your RTW time is spent.

The Rates

  • ♦ one-hour RTW - $1,200
  • ♦ two-hour RTW - $1,900
  • ♦ Food and beverage are available at an extra cost.

Submit a Soapbox Session Application

This is a nice forum to showcase start-up companies and novel technologies. -2008 CRS Soapbox Presenter

Get up on your soapbox and promote your new products and services. Each Soapbox Session is a fast-paced, five-minute presentation. The best news of all is that it’s FREE! There is always a waiting list for these in-demand sessions, so apply early!
How does it work?

The Opportunities

Meet informally with interested audience members over coffee and cookies after your session.

  • ♦ Provide details about your products and services
  • ♦ Get recognized
  • ♦ Answer questions
  • ♦ Secure financial support
  • ♦ Establish leads
  • ♦ Make sales

The Procedure

  • ♦ A session is compromised of up to seven, five-minute presentations
  • ♦ Four to six sessions are held
  • ♦ Discussion breaks are scheduled between each session
  • ♦ Refreshments are offered during the breaks to facilitate informal discussions between presenters and attendees
